A Credit Suisse employee was successful in having a Zurich district judge prohibiting the Swiss bank to transfer the data of an employee to the US authorities. The decision of the judge is based on the Data Protection Act. The bank now has now 20 days to take position and submit comments.
According to the Handelszeitung, the majority of employees has not raised any objection.
