Bradley Birkenfeld, the whistle blower paid $104m by th IRS for having been a major contributor to the tax dispute between the US and the Swiss banks, has been on a 3-year probation since he came out of a 2-year prison sentenced in 2012. The former UBS banker has now asked to get off probation and be allowed to travel back to Europe where he intends to settle his new life reports CNBC.
