Stefan Buck, former Bank Frey & Co.’s head of private banking in Switzerland and executive board member, was indicted in April 2013 on charges of helping wealthy Americans hide assets offshore from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

S. Buck asked for a bailout package without appearing in court. His request was denied by the federal court in New York. As reported by Bloomberg ‘Buck “can and should travel to the United States, make an appearance, and then, if he wishes, make a legitimate bail application,” according to the filing.’
